Which countries can receive orders?
Currently, I ship to France and the European Union. I hope to expand shipping options soon!
What are the delivery times?
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 3–4 business days. Delivery time then depends on the carrier and your location.
Are shipping costs included?
Shipping costs depend on the type of product and your location. They are calculated automatically at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs fees may apply.
How are the illustrations packaged?
Each order is protected in a plastic sleeve and tissue paper, accompanied by a thank-you card, and then placed in a cardboard envelope stamped “Do not bend.”
Are there variations in the prints?
The colors of my illustrations may vary slightly depending on your screen or the printing process. Each piece is unique and carefully made to keep the colors soft and vibrant! I also cut each product by hand, so some prints may differ by a few millimeters from their description.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged despite my precautions, send me a photo at hello@scrappy-shop.com. I will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
If you haven’t received your order 10 days after the estimated delivery time, contact me at hello@scrappy-shop.com. I will offer a free reshipment or a refund.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Of course! Just enter the recipient’s address when placing your order. You can also add a little note, and I’ll include it on a personalized card.
